Dr.polit from PFI, 2006. In his doctoral dissertation he studied motivation and learning strategies among pilots, when they participated in an annual training in a simulator. His current research interests are motivation (self-determination theory, goal orientation and self-efficacy), learning strategies and learning orientations in higher education. His main research interests are motivation, learning strategies, student evaluation of teaching, and ICTs in higher education.
